my mother has two marriages under her belt. One was very short termed and the other was for 20 years. I came as a product of her first and my brothers came from her second. Neither of these two men had what it took to keep a woman like my mother happy. Quite the contrary, they both made her terribly unhappy for a long time and she decided that she was better off. It's been about two years since her last marriage and it's been a tough two years. In 2014 my tata, her father, passed away and this year she found her second husband a child out of wedlock. As i said, it's been rough couple of years. Recently, she has been wanting to get back into the dating scene; something she hasn't done in 22 years. So i made her an okcupid account. Within a day, my mom had over 100 messages from men ranging from 25 to 65 years old eager to talk to her, eager to meet her, eager to get to know her. One man in particular caught her eye. He's a little younger than her and she was a little discouraged to message him back but my mom is a very elegant, beautiful 50 year old woman who looks amazing so i asked her not to fret. She has been messaging this guy for about a month now and he just asked her to call him. So i am in the bathroom listening to her dial every number , giggling as she innocently flirts with him, i can hear her smiling. My mother deserves the best the world can offer; not just with men but in general. She's the pillar that holds this family together, she's my gold medal. I must have been a great daughter in another life for the universe to collect such perfect stardust and create the gorgeous creature that gave birth to me.
